Tulloch update--- Decontamination station -200K---10 Years

Post by bassrippin365 »

This is a gem!! They already installed a decontamination station for Quagga and that cost over 200K and has been sitting for over a decade without ever being used.

I thought we were gonna keep political views out of the fishing forum? I’m sure it’s somehow Biden’s fault.

Maybe new melones can purchase it for a good price and put it to use?
Lake camanche has one, but east bay mud doesn’t want to use it.
So basically thats two decontamination stations that could go to melones right now.

Yeh pretty selfish of me I’ll admit. I’m a delta only guy and avoid the golden mussel drama associated with lakes. Also, as a taxpayer I’m numb to it all seeing how money is wasted in our state and at the federal level. Wealthy will never pay their fair share and that will never change. Again, numb is the best word I can think of.

Coming from you I’ll take that as a compliment. You think wealthy people in this country pay their fair share of taxes? Ignorance is bliss….I suppose…..

Boo hoo we can't go fishing because there closing a few lakes or a 30 day hold. O please you have more lakes open to fish than you have closed. Plan a trip you can go fishing instead of complaining about a lake that closed to boating. All those lakes will come back and open.
Eastman lake was closed for several years because of hydria up it reopend. We had Hensley Millerton mcclure and Pedro to fish why it was closed nobody complained so why do it now. Give the people running the lakes time to fix the problem. You'll have to get over it because there not going to budge til the problem under control.
