I was hoping to make it up to Oroville this Friday, but I have heard rumors that they were instituting the quarantine, etc. for the lake, but I have not heard anything for sure, like if and when. Can anybody clue me in? Thanks in advance.

It’s just another tool of control. Tournament fishing circuits can’t work with this. But democrats don’t care. Because fishing mean to the fish. Outboards use gas which is polluting.
