Delta Precsion Ghost grass cutter
Ordered a grass cutter for my ghost trolling motor on line from this company. Filled out the on line app. And sent it in along with my $145. Waited several days for some acknowledgement…….nothing. No email nor tracking number. Called their phone number 925-209-4124 recording, message left. Has ANYONE purchased this grass cutter from Delta Preciosion and had issues with them responding. Any help will be appreciated.

I tried multiple times to contact them with no luck but I did receive my cutter.

Thanks for sharing that! How long did it actually take from order to delivery? I’m wondering if I should just be patient or try to dispute the payment. Also, anyone else had experience ordering from Delta Precision? Would love to hear if their customer service improves once you get the product.

I bought one last year without any problems. He may be busy with his regular job. Give him a few days, like maybe 10-14.

Good to hear others have had problems. As mentioned above this person (owner) may have another job which would slow the response. In these times we never know if this a scam until after payment…. My first thought. I will b patient and wait the 3-4 weeks before going crazy and hope this business is righteous. We want to trust but once burned its hard to do.

Hello everyone I am the owner of Delta. My apologies guys for the confusion. I was just made aware of this post this morning and wanted to bring clarity to concerns. I emailed everyone last week that had open orders letting them know we were back ordered and have a new batch at anodize. I have only received a few responses to emails so maybe it was missed. We are dealing with growing pains and software support issues like a reply confirming orders right now. We use square for internet sales and they still can't get confirming email to work. We have more product shipping out the end of this coming week so everyone will be happy. My apologies for the delay in product, we are kicking out orders as fast as we can.

I want to thank all who responded to my request. Contacted Andy via Facebook Book and via texting had a very informative exchange, assuring my order was received and was back order. He completely resolved my concerns on the order. Want to thank all for the help.
