I have used a Big Hammer swimbait as a replacement tail. The fish didnt seem to care too much.

I have a whole bunch of replacement tails for swim baits...can you post a picture of what your looking for ? I might be able to help

I've got some slammer tails laying around if you want them. Don't know if tail sizes are different depending on slammer size but I think these are for a 7". Let me know you can have them for free
