WON BASS 2007 Pro/Am schedule

Post by Bill Hutcheson »

Hello All,

In response to some who just can't wait to be the first kid on the block to know, here is our WON BASS Pro/AM schedule for the 2007 season.

In reality, we did not have the locations finalized until this past Monday due to some incorrect information that was given to us by one of our tournament venues. This resulted in some last minute shuffling of locations. We wanted to wait 1 more week to announce the dates in conjuntion with our next issue of WON BASS hitting the stands, but since inquiring minds want to know, here it is....

North
06-07 Jan 07 Lake Shasta
31 Mar - 01 Apr 07 Delta
09-10 June 07 Clear Lake

South
18-19 Nov 06 Lake Havasu
10-11 Feb 07 Lake Havasu
14-15 Apr 07 Lake Mead

09-12 Sept 07 U.S. Open - Lake Mead

Western Classic - TBD

Obviously, we are still working with our sponsors to come up with the best programs for our anglers and once we get everything dialed in, we will certainly let you all know our program.

In the mean time, instead of speculating on what is going on via a forum, I can be contacted directly at (949) 366-0030 ext 29 and will be happy to answer questions you may have regarding next season.

Re: This is a good schedule

Mike,

As I mentioned in our phone conversation, we still have some sponsor issues to clear up before we can officially announce the return of the Western Classic. This is part of the reason we don't like to bring out the schedules too soon. I have only posted this because people are demanding to know our schedule dates.

Once again, when WON BASS gets our full prize packages and paybacks determined for the coming season, we will make the announcement.

thanx Bill for posting your schedule...We all do appreciate the effort....It sure makes it easier for us to arrange for time off and schedule conflicts.....

It looks like your schedule will fit great with Stren this year..I hope the anglers come out to support the circuit..Now they won't have so much to complain about...They will find something else, but that's another issue    I think I can fit in two of your tournaments this year..

thanx

I am not fishing your night tournament but I will be at Havasu in Nov. I already told Hutch 3 weeks ago I would be fishing his Nov. tournament.
I am not fishing your night event because Diane & I will be on the water in San Diego harbor for Clayton Meyer's wedding.

Sure Ray. You will also be missing the next ABA night tourney because of your enlargement as well as the next one because of your coming out party.

WON Entry Fees

Post by Bill Hutcheson »

Garrett,

Entry fees will be the same as they were last season. $500 for Pros, $225 for AAA's with $150 in option pools (Big Stringer $50, High roller $100) Each division wins thier own option money.

We will have complete details on the prize payouts, etc.. as soon as we get everything ironed out with our sponsors. Look for that announcement probably at the end of September.
