Since the 1960s when you saw the expansion of Medicaid and Medicare and other programs, conservatives or Republicans have always wanted to cut back the welfare state as they call it. So they’re getting what they want but now 55 or 60 years later, the country is dependent on these programs because they work and they help people. So the only thing that can be done is a massive backlash against all Republicans in 2026 to try to control this a bit until rump is out of office. The reason why these programs became so necessary was because since the 1970s we’ve had a massive wealth shift to the top, which has left ordinary working people with fewer economic opportunities. Just take the federal minimum wage as an example. It is still $7.25 an hour . That is about $16,000 a year. That is about $10,000 or more below the poverty level. This is our economic system that is built for the rich. In the meantime, rump stopped sending weapons to Ukraine. You didn't answer any of my questions, but I figured you wouldn't, but I thought I would ask anyway.

Have you even read the bill...I have

No tax on tips, huge for the people that are in that sector
No tax on over time, huge for so so many people
No tax on SSI.. more important than you will ever know for the older folks that are on SSI. heck we been taxed on that money already anyway!
Not to mention all the tax breaks of incomes.

You think all this is bad for your fellow Americans...if so that worries me...

Top 1 % benefit...who cares that don't effect me anyway and it probably doesn't you either but since you heard this on CNN its a talking point, right ?.

Tell me where you heard about all the rural hospitals and nursing homes closing...heck the bill was just voted in today and has not even been signed yet...
Stop watching CCN and MSNBC and your life will be so so much better... I promise you. These people could not report a honest story if they had too...drama queens and the most negative people on earth.
