FOURTEEN POUNDER! ..

To honor this special fisherman, add a favorite 'adventure' you had with him, it was never 'just a fishing trip' with this character.

Mine: While fishing the Nut Case rally with him, luck if the draw, up at Clear Lake, he really set the hook into one and reeled it in so fast it set a record. Only one problem, it was a fairly good sized tree limb. ;/) I had a good laugh, Cooch, not so much. Miss that fun guy, as many still do.

All I need to get into the money would be the four I usually get along with a 20# kicker.

It seems like a lifetime ago when I received a email from Andy asking if I knew a good custom worm pourer. I have no idea who referred me to Cooch? being a SoCal jig fisherman my guess it was Robin who made my custom custom Super Pork trailers? whoever it was I referred Andy to Don Iovino and they got together and Don supplied Cooch custom worms.
years later I ran into Cooch and we became good friends a very special man who loved his River and the kids that wanted to bass fish. Cooch lived to teach bass fishing and he was a carrying man who was loved by many in this sport. We miss you Cooch!

Guyle and I watched him fight that fish around the back of his boat. He was about 50 yards away from us, maybe less, and I believe Guyle had just boated a 12 on a drop shot

Too many good times to remember, some were even fishing related. I think just hearing his voice outside of lil mandiville hoopin and hollerin will always stick with me, as well as dude you missed your fish as he boat flips a 5lber i just casted near. All good times, for me Cooch holds a special place, on the forums, at a party, out fishin or breaking down jig fishin... damn i miss that old timer, but i do still hear that HAR in the fog around lil mandi
