Why do you keep telling me to get a job? I’m 66 I’ve been retired for three years and had good jobs my entire life. Therefore my health care was always provided by my employer. It was free to me at first and over time I had to pay more and more out of pocket. All my family and friends had good jobs complete with medical coverage. I guess what I’m trying to say is I don’t have much context when it comes to what less fortunate people experience.

I’m not suggesting free healthcare, but I will fight for affordable healthcare. I agree the ACA is broken but right here right now it’s the best thing we have. For 15 years republicans have b!tched about ACA but have sat on their a$$es instead of fixing it. Remember 2016-2020 Trump was in office, why didn’t he fix it? Comprende Grasshoppa?

believe all citizens of the United States should have some type of medical insurance. Not illegal aliens. A person here legally in the process of becoming a citizen with a job contributing to the fund should also be covered.
This is for people who don’t have anything better

Those of us who have our own insurance should not be effected in any way. Leave us alone.
If and when the people in need get a job that provides insurance the must enroll in it and drop the hand out

I can’t agree more. Career politicians are a huge problem. I do disagree with you when you say we have the best healthcare in the world. We do have excellent healthcare but in my opinion Canada is best. On average they outlive us by a year or two

While that is true I’m not so sure it’s because of better medical care. Yes it’s much more affordable and accessible
However the some Canadians come here for complex surgeries and rare cancers. But they have to have lots of money
I kind of think that they live longer because they eat and exercise better
They don’t allow hormones in meat
They restrict chemicals and additives.
I’m not sure but I think they are around 20% less fat
Americans need to focus more on treating our body’s well instead of taking a pill to fix everything
Canada might have a better system than us. They have to wait longer to see a doctor
