Anybody use the Swimming Senkos yet?

Post by basstamer »

Whats your take on it? I am guessing I am not gonna get much info on this post but I am just wondering how your supposed to use them? Do you work them like a regular senko or do you swim them like a fluke? I am debating on wether to buy some or not-I cant imagine they can be any better than the regular senko! Thanks in advance!

basstamer, my name is Barry Stanley and I am on the Yamamoto Pro Staff. Not bragging just grateful. Any way, I have used it and it works great. Has great tail action and it is totally different than the original Senko. I am attaching an article Gary himself wrote about how he fishes it. Hope this helps

...thanks for the link, that was a great read.

Looking forward to trying this bait out and the new shad shaped worm.

That is a great article Gary wrote......A technique that is enhanced with this new design is wacky rigging it. I have pitched wacky rigged senkos for a while and they are deadly! But with this design, it works even better. More swimming action equals more bites with this bait!
