Hey guys,I have never fished a FLW event so I had a few Q about it.I will be fishing it from the back and I am tyring to get my place of work(Sportsmans)to help with my entry fees.Durings the weight-in's will I have the chance to thank my sponcers which would be Sportsmans or do they shuttle you up and off quickly.I realize that with a full field there will not be alot of time for idle chatter.I am trying to show them(Sportsmans)what I can give them back in return for their money.I already am a huge ambasistor for this warehouse as it is and I know they realize this.At this time I am all ready working on making sure that we will have everything you guys will need when you get here.I figure 9 months is going to go by fast and I need to get moving on things. And I do understand that Wal-Mart is the sponcering store but I can tell you know that up here they will not have all that much stuff that you will be looking for.I am not trying to poach their buisness but when you get here you will see what I am talking about.Plus like I said i need to show my guys what I can do for them.If there is anything you guys can think of that is MUST that I have in the store please let me know and if I don't already have it I will try my best to get it.
Please let me know if there is anything I can do for you before or when you get here and I will do my best to help.
Thanks for your time and God Bless...Jim

Jim,
I don’t know about the National Guard, this will be my first year but I can tell you about the Stern and I believe it will be pretty close or the same.
The rule out of the National Guard brochure #18 reads: “On Day 4, anglers who make the cut must wear shirts and /or PDF’s if supplied by FLW Outdoors. On Day 4, no logos, patches or decals other than the Wal-Mart FLW Series logo or logos of Wal-Mart FLW Series’ sponsors may be worn or displayed during the tournament hours extending through the weigh-in.â€

Jim, You have made the best choice you could by fishing FLW events. You will have your time thanking whoever on this stage. Also you will never meet a better Tournament Director than Chris Jones. If you havn't been to any Flw events before you are in for a treat, and make sure your family and friends are there to see you have your time in front of the Nation. Any questions call me 928-706-7519 Mike Goodwin Lake Havasu

If you are interested I will be over there and fishing a few times this year. I have fished it a few times before and know a little. But maybe we can get together and fish. Especially if you know the reach I have been to scared to run it. I live in Montana and have fished a couple tournaments there. Just let me know. send me a PM. Sean
