Pro Teen Tournament

I was wondering if anyone knows when the application form for this year's Pro-Teen is going to be posted? It says May 1st on the website but I caouldn't find any form. My son keeps bugging me about it.

Perry, We're getting there. Hopefully Gator and I will have the pages completed, tested and ready to go before the weekend is out. Let yer son know, the event is ON! We've had a few hick ups in personal situations the past month and are not going to meet our target date for going live with the sign up pages for the Pro-Teen. Keep an eye here and on that link for further news on it's readiness.
