Hey there guys, I was able to sneak out for a couple hrs after my sons soccer game An was glad I took advantage of the quick trip.. I got on the water An was faced with bottomed out low tide so I ran a couple areas I fish during this tide An was surprised that I couldn’t get bit on the chatter or square bill along the outside weed line so I was determined to get bit in that area because it’s been holding some fish lately so I backed off the weed line an started pitching the 6”senko to the grass and dragging it out.. This ended up being the ticket, the fish were there but they just weren’t in the mood to chase a bait.. In the quick 2hr session I ended up with a 6lber, 4lber an about a dozen 2.5-3lbers.. All in all it was a fun trip but I’m definitely looking forward to these fish getting alittle bit more active as it cools down for the fall transition.
