Yep, I know; Lance and the bunch are going to trash the Raiders in reply; we'll never win, suck as usual, .... Whatever

Keeping things positive, I'm excited to see what this guy can do. I want to watch football again and be excited! So lets see what the kid can do.

Step one, dump Moss and Porter.

step 3- new offensive line

step 4- new running back with first overall pick

step 5-rebuild

new coach same team.

This is the best decision big AL has made in a long time! This guy will take us to the promise land!.......................In 10 years!

I dont know! it makes my head hurt trying to figure out why Al does what he does! If he can motivate the team the way Gruden did, then who knows, we are a long ways away! Free agency and the draft are critical.........But even then it is going to take three years minimum!

I hate the Raiders - but, they aren't so far off... I can see with a good Offensive plan they could make the playoffs in 1-2 years.

Superbowls are freaky you can never guarantee one of those.

Look at the Colts - they've been set for the Superbowl for 5 years and are just now getting there. In fact, they were a better team a few years back with Edge and even back with Marshall Faulk!

At least the Silver and Black have a coach, even if he can only do practice after classes let out. What was he majoring in at USC before Al pulled him away? Is he transfering to Cal to get his degree? Would hate to see the young man not finish college!

Dude's got about as much chance as Tony Romo holding for our place kicker next year... OUCH OUCH OUCH.... to soon to soon to soon - STILL reliving the horror of Seattle! Gotta forget about football until Draft Day!
