I have the Pro-Series Three bank charger the middle led lights are Green on both sides there is a blinking Red light what is the deal and I have no power to my trolling motor,

Ok I'll give you my limited knowledge response since I also have the 3- bank pro... and just had it replaced..... if after normal charging time the light (on any one or more banks) is not green , it is telling you there is something wrong.. could be your batteries are old and aren't taking a charge anymore... could be a bad cell in the battery... could mean the charger is done for and needs replacement..... I started be re routing the charging leads to only the trolling batteries..since only my center bank wasn't reading green.. At least I had trolling motor power for a few weeks. My batteries were getting old so I went ahead and replaced them but the charger still had the problem.. I called up Charging Systems and they sent me a factory reconditioned unit for $150 and a pre-paid return UPS label for my 7 year old unit.
