Yes... there a great bait and I've got a lot of good bites using them. CA #420 is tough to beat. But they make a lot of great colors, sprayed grass, waterbug...take your pick. They're made of soft plastic, which is really good for getting bit, but not so good to use a punching bait cause they get torn up.... There such a good bait that most all the stores in the Delta area have been out of the hot colors for a few weeks.

I've been using the Boom Boom tubes for a couple of years now and I love em. The head of them have a little more plastic in em for the hook to hold on to better. I use the 5.0 to flip with in the delta. They have a lot of different colors to chose from, you'll have to figure out which colors you like, but for me I like the california 420, oxblood, green pumpkin / watermelon, Big Texan and the hematoma. I hope that helps you a little.

The White Trash 5.0 is also good if you use a light 1/8 or 3/16oz weight either pegged at head of the tube or 8-12 inches up the line and short twitches of your rod. Looks like a baitfish feeding on the bottom. I've caught quite a few doing this.

They suck, dont waste your money!!!!! Dont ever buy them or you might catch some big bass on them... no really they are great! I use them and love them, the 420, hemotoma and a few other colors work extremely well.

They are one of the best tubes I've seen hit the market in a while. The Mizmos are great, and these are awesome too. I've been flipping them tons in the last 2 years. They do have a thicker head. I like rigging them on either the Owner tube rigs ( 3/16 or 1/8 oz 5/0 version) or with a punching weight, though you'll need to patch them up with a needle and lighter more often when you ounch with'em. My favorite colors are CA 420, Oxblood, Penetration, Magic Craw Swirl, and White Trash. The CA 420 is the most consistent color ever at my local lake; can always get a bite on that color. I use mostly the 5", but the 4" is go-to for finesse flip and cold fronts.

I love these tubes... They will catch toads and they will catch smaller bass as well. I have even caught some really finicky spots on Oroville using the 5 inch tubes. The Boom Boom tubes will work on Spots, Smalies, and Largemouth. The soft plastic is great, and the colors are great too. (I really hope they add "Juicy" to the boom boom color line tho).

Good Fishing,
