Thanx as I already have the new curado and will either pick up another one or the Castiac. I have 6 curado ( green ) 5 calcuttta 100 and 1 of the DVS.

Sent you a PM, but I just got my rebates returned saying they werent eligible. I bought them 12/7/07 and got 2 curado 100ds. Anyone else having this issue?

There's a guy who work for Shimano and they have a web site which he monitor. Think he replu batam something. The web site shows up on the forum. Check with him. The rebate is for 3 modils only. Which one did you buy ??

Did you send the UPC codes from the boxes? We also require the receipt. If you purchased the reel through an ebay dealer then it will also not be honored. Send an email through the contact us section of the website. A customer service rep can assist you further with this.

bought a 100D from Bass Pro 199.99 on 12/7/07, sent it in and got it returned. Sent in receipt and UPC. Said it wasnt eligible. Called CS and they said send it again.
I will highlight the Date, UPC product, and the sections of the rebate form. It was kinda annoying because the first reel on the form is the 100D.

I apologize. The company that handles the rebates has made a mistake. Unfortunately mistakes can happen. I'm sure they will take care of this again. Send me a PM with your name and address and I will send you a coupon for a free clean and service for the hassle.

Can this rebate be applied more then once per customer? Can i pick up a pair of Curados and get the rebate back on both?

Didn't see anything on limit per customer. You will proably need 1 rebate form per reel. If you have two reel, make sure you send it two form and circle them on the receipt.. Good idea to make a copy of the receipt and rebate form in case the form get lost somehwere. THis way, you have proof of the transaction.

There is no limit on how many rebates you can submit. Please send a copy and not the original of your receipt! We also require the UPC code from the box.

If the store runs out of rebate form just go onto google and do a search under " Shimano rebate form " and print out your rebate form.

Email us through the "Contact us" section of the website. I will forward your email to the right people. Make sure you include your name and address.
The rebate company is running a little behind. They received a lot more than they anticipated. The USPS even had to hire a dedicated delivery person just to handle the incoming rebates. The longest I have seen it take so far is around 8 weeks.
