Ryan Cook Memorial Tournament

Post by Bassman35 »

Ok calling all who want to help out Ryan Cook’s family. I got a permit for next Sunday the 14th for Don Pedro. We will be launching at 7am. Sign ups will start at 5am in the Flemming Meadows parking lot. First weigh in wil be 3pm. This is a fund raiser to help Diana Cook and the family. All money raised will go to Diana. I’m not keeping 1 Cent.
$200 entry fee
You can fish 3 in the boat. Hoping the 3rd is under 16
60% payback with the other 40% going straight to Diana to help with whatever she needs. I’m calling out everyone who has had the honor of Knowing Ryan. He has done so much with the youth and for so many let’s do this as a tribute. I just got the approval and I’ll be making a flyer tonight to post. Let’s get the word out and give back to the guy that always helped others. It’s our turn to do the same. Wear any RC gear you have. Make sure any and all stories are told.
There’s going to be a 50/50 raffle and some fellowship
Here’s what I need if someone has them
Weigh in slips
Weigh bags
Thanks for your Support
Bryan Cox

I’ve had a few questions about the 3rd person. Yes you can fish 3 in the boat the flyer should have said we encourage the 3rd to under 16. It was my mistake I’m sorry for the confusion.
Also the 50/50 raffle. 50% goes to the winner and 50% is donated to the Cook Family
Thanks for your patience

Good Job Bassman

People like you are what makes us fishy folks enjoy rainy days and parking lot stories. I loved the PODCASTS and how he produced such a great gift to all that fished in his boat.

We had an incredible turnout. 114 boats fished. Congratulations to Scott Taylor and Christian Ostrander for dropping over 20 pounds on the scales to take the win
