Cooperative Striped Bass Online Submission Form

Hello all, In an effort to better monitor the anadromous striped bass population, we have developed an on-line form you can use to tell us about your striped bass catch. I both observed and partcipated in very good striper fishing from beaches to the delta from 1998 to 2000 followed soon after with the steady decline we've been experiencing. IMO, the pen raised fished salvaged from the pumps in the mid early to mid 90's is the reason for the spike in population. I ...
