carburator cleaner works very well. I used it to clean off many off things. Just make sure you wipe off the boat real good when you get all the stuff off.

I always use bobby lee's in hayward if i don't do it myself. Make sure and bone out the aniimal and bring him straight meat. They charge $100 just to bone the animal.

Horrible Weekend
Hunted 2 1/2 days with 3 dudes and only got 1 Hen GW and 1 dove. It sucked. Didn't even see birds flying high. Have no clue where there at! Hopfully somebody did well. Let me know

During the fall, I find that the birds aren't even worth calling. I always spot and stalk turkeys in the fall. They don't respond well at all to calling!! Find them and stalk them!!!

I would go with a browning abolt in 30-06. Great rifle. Would be perfect for deer and pig. 300mag would be another great caliber but depending on what kind of deer your huntin it will be an overkill! Good Luck

My favorite call and the only call I blow is a Haydells DR85. IT is a double reed. I will play with it for a while and tune it to the way i like it. Doesn't stick to bad and sounds awsome. Thats outstanding mike. I have never done a thing like that either. HAHA. His spots for deer hunting are badass. I hung out with him the last weekend this year. He always comes back for closing weekend from alaska. Somehow always ends up with 2 4x4's every time. The guy is unreal

I have a good buddy who has a ranch out of witter springs. I have met the kid who's parents own those rice fields. Whenever I was at his house there were so many ducks out there. Ur lucky you get to hunt there. GOOD LUCK

Yeah, I grew up with his brother in Moraga. We all used to hunt together in moraga a lot. Still do. Frankie moved to Alaska and has been guiding hunts and he also bought a boat and is doing charters as well.

Thats amazing. Not much shooting at all. I know the weather was horrible for pheasants but that Island is loaded with roosters. Thats pretty wild for opening day. I bet whoever hunted a few days after when the weather was clear and dry did pretty darn good.

There is a pretty cool pig hunting ranch I was a member of for over ten years out of livermore called the bow and boar ranch off of mines road in livermore. Anyone ever been there. They have exotic animals as well.

People are idiots. When I was a young boy I went up to our place in the delta and some jackass had his boat on my beach at the lake and had 4 dozen decoys mixed in with ours in the back of the lake. That was almost 15 years ago and I still use the guys decoys. Turned out to be nice. All super magnum...

Nice first elk. Went on my first elk hunt in Colorado in Sept duing the muzzleloader season. My buddy bugled in a 5x5 to 60 yards and I somehow missed. I was shaking like mad when that bull started bugling. Unfortunaltey that was the only shot I had during the trip. Maybe next year. Nothing is more ...
