Agree Northern Strain LMB are less then 69 pour scale count. California initial stack Florida strain same from Cypress Garden area and considered pure Florida strain LMB with average 72 pour scales, at the time the only way to physically identify them back in the 70’s.

Hard to value date the length and no girth from the photo laying on the ground. Length is measured mouth closed. The numbers=15.1 lbs. and the bass looks like it.

COC-LF ladder could be mounted onto 3/4”marine plywood and mount the plywood to the deck wherever it fits. You may need 2X4 blocks to raise and clear the boat side gunnel but doable.

Why in dash? The 1st thing I did with my boats was remove the in dash and go with adjustable RAM type mounts, your sonar units are unlimited.

Bill who tied Don’s jigs passed away several years ago. The ladies who poured Don’s soft plastics retired about 2 years ago. Don Iovino stopped offering both Bill’s jigs and hand poured soft plastics, both are no longer available.

No mention of penalties the perps haven’t been to court yet. The usual protocol is confiscation of the boat and all equipment, fines follow conviction.
