I am pretty impressed with everyone's attitude regarding this. I think I would talk to them to get a feel for what they want to do and determine if I could fish it with them without hurting them. If the wanted the water I would give to them out of respect for them. I would ask them if they wanted so...

Re: Duramax Mileage

Randy premium fuel burns slower thus lower mileage unless it is designed for it. Be honest and check accurately, I will bet you will get two to four percent better with 87. 87 will also burn much cleaner. You can take that to the bank.

Re: Optima Blue Top

Do not use the 34m as a deep cycle, it is the only blue top that is not rated for deep cycle. The d34m is ok ,SEE http://www.optimabatteries.com/product_ ... .php#blue1

Re: braid / floro d.s. ?

I use the albright knot, it is quicker to tie, I use a 20 foot leader. The knot is so small that it goes thru the guides without notice. I have never broke off at the knot. The long leader alows me to retie several times without putting on a new leade.

Re: HELP! Lowrance blue male 120 terminator

Re: Walmart marine batteries

Industry wide 90% of the returned batteries are still good. Most of the warranty issues are caused by neglect or improper charging. As far as failures with optimas in almost all cases it is the owner not knowing how to recharge them when they get below 11.0 volts and not having the proper charger. C...
