Shimano Chronarch 100B

I've got a few of these and a couple of them the plate that says Chronarch has come off and are missing. On a couple the other 'inserts' that are to the side that are like a raised bar with some dimples are also missing. I've also got a couple of missing end caps on the handles too ...

Where can I get replacement parts for those??
