PM me with your info and I will make sure the card is credited. The lady that handles all the CC payments and credits may just be a little behind. I will make sure she does it today.

The lady you spoke with is not the supervisor. She is the one that handles credits and anything to do with credit card billing. I spoke with her yesterday and she said that she credited your card. I am not sure how long it takes for it to reflect on your statement.

I apologize for the delay you experienced. At times crediting a card may take a few days. It depends on the work load for the one person that handles it, or the bank may take a few days to reflect the changes.
