Shimano Warranty....A++

I just got 4 new Citica 200E's and one had a broken drag star and no other signs of abuse on the reel....Called Shimano yesterday and they have a new drag star in the mail for me free of charge. I am extreemly happy I don't have send it anywhere or return it b/c I got it online. I always used shimano products and went astray for a while, never again will that happen my friend. Actually I am going to sell all my Quantum reels and replace them with Shimano's. Thanks Shimano you have one very satisfied customer here.
