Skeets Reese and the AOY Finals.

Post by Makostoy13 »

Skeet Reese is in a great position to being the AOY.

Here is some of the scenerios.

If he places 4th or better it is his. Nobody can beat him.

VanDam must place at least 6th to be AOY, Reese at 11th beats that.
VanDam at 1st, Skeet at 4th Skeet is AOY.
Iaconnelli must place at least 4th to be AOY, Reese at 10th beats that.
Iaconnelli at 1st, Skeet at 6th Skeet is AOY.
Biffle must place at least 3rd to be AOY, Skeet at 11th beats that.
Biffle at 1st, Skeet at 8th Skeet is AOY.
Howell must place at least 2nd to be AOY, Skeet at 11th beats that.
Howell at 1st, Skeet and 9th Skeet is AOY.
Jones must place at least 1st to be AOY, and 2nd makes it an automatic tie with Skeet at 12th.
Jones at 1st, Skeet at 10th Skeet is AOY.

Other Possibe TIES.
Iaconnelli in 3rd/Skeet 10th is a tie.
Biffle in 2nd/Skeet 10th is a tie.
Jones in 2nd/Skeet 12th is a tie.
VanDam 5th/Skeet 10th is a tie.

I do not know how they would decide a tie, but Skeet looks good with the odds.
 Go get a couple of solid days fishing and bring home the AOY Trophy Skeet Reese.

Of course just about anything is possible, the odds on favorite has to be Skeet Reese..Just about the only way he can lose is not to fish..

not only that Skeet would have already been AOY after the regular season but this year it's a new ball game with the 2 Shootouts for the top 12. I'm not sure if I like It. Go Skeet :!: :!:

I don't have any comment on the AOY standing, my head is still spinning

But can I just say Skeet has gone like a rocket in respect in my book. I come from the east where KVD is king. But Skeet is a class act. Totally down to earth and uses his status to help level the field. He won't let a young guy or a guy that isnt so well known get pushed around on the Elites by the big names. Not to mention 90% of the time he just goes fishin!

I say go SKEET! Although part of me wants him to miss it... just to keep him around longer........ :(

Well after Day one I see this. VanDam & Iaconnelli's 1st place odds are above, so this is just the other options.

If VanDam places 2nd, Reese needs 5th to win.
If VanDam places 3rd, Reese needs 5 to win, but 6th is a tie. The weights from both tournaments after VanDam's today I have not worked out yet. (It appears a tie at the moment would go to VanDam). Big fish tomorrow Skeet.
If VanDam places 4th, Reese needs 8th to win.
If VanDam places 5th, Reese needs 9th to win, and 10th is another tie to be determined by weight from both tournaments.

If Iaconnelli places 2nd, Reese needs 8th to win.
If Iaconnelli places 3rd, Reese needs 9th to win, and 10th is another tie, and this weight could go to Ike also after his performance at both tournaments so far.

I know Biffle, Jones, and Howell are in there close with Reese with weights, but we will have to watch tomorrow to see how it falls. To much math for all of them this time. A close race is always more fun to watch, and this is a good one.
