There is no immediate threat, however, follow up alerts will be shared if the situation worsens. Residents within the boundaries of Snodgrass Slough to the East, Delta Cross Channel to the North, and River Road to the West should listen for and follow instructions from local fire officials.

This is an evacuation message from the County Office of Emergency Services for the residents of Pt Pleasant. Some areas of Pt Pleasant may see flooding over the next 24 hrs. The National Weather Service California Nevada River Forecast Center is forecasting that Benson’s Ferry will continue to rise until February 11 at 7 PM to elevation 19.6 ft. Lambert Road at Snodgrass Slough and east of Franklin Blvd. is expected to be impassable. The recommended evacuation route is to head east on Point Pleasant Road and north on Bruceville Road toward high ground. An evacuation center has been identified as Pleasant Grove High School, 9531 Bond Rd., Elk Grove, 95624. If you have a life-threatening emergency, call 9-1-1; however, please keep lines open for others if your situation is not life-threatening.
