That was something Hillary tried to get people to think about 2 years ago. Old old news. Now I don't have to keep a secret. I have a relative on Barracks transition team. It will be a blast to hear the stories after the transition.

What I'll be thinking about on Inauguration Day as I was thinking watching the crowds like I've never seen before at a political acceptance speech.

I saw so many proud African Americans who are talking about the attitudes they used to have, "I have no future. The United States offers nothing for me." Now saying, "I can be anything I want to be."

Truth be told, many probably could have said this a lot sooner and many did, however they must feel a renewed spirit tonight and those that will be tempted to feel they can't will be prompted by others to say. "you can."

This pride alone will carry the African American further than anything since the Emancipation Proclamation.

I literally was caught up in their emotion and was proud of their pride.

Oh how correct you are, I have already planned to make a ammo run this weekend. I plan on finding some sales and stocking up on 9mm, 30-06, and shotgun shells. Hell I think I get some long riflle 22 as well............

I think the sad thing is that when people see Obama, they see and African American, not an American. I am not saying that an African American isn't an American, but who really cares what race he is? Am I an English/French/Italian American? No, just an American. I think it is sad that people focus so much on this. So, great to our African American voters who became so emotional about Obama's victory. I think it is sad though, that anyone would be so concerned over the color of his skin. Isn't that the opposite type of behavior that Obama is trying to promote. Regardless, nothing has changed, every American has a chance in this world, largely thanks to those that are fighting for our country everyday. I know you liberals like to discredit those fighting in Iraq, but, since only those that are over there truly know what is going on, its time you take a step back on that front. My point is, this whole thing is so silly. Its like the ultimate American reality TV show, and quite frankly, I am embarrassed by it all.

It has nothing to do with those fighting in Iraq, it has something to do with the *** that sent them with no plan to get them out. Also, from some of his appointments including 1 or 2 republicans it looks like he is trying to cross party lines which is something the current president knows nothing about. The ones I know of are;

1. Obama is inexperienced (true)
2. Obama couldn't even qualify for a secret military clearance due to those he surrounds himself/has surrounded himself with (true)
3. Obama has the most liberal voting record in the senate (true)

A straight answer would be nice...for once. Bush is almost out of office, we're not talking about him anymore, lets focus on the one who won the election on November 4th. Thanks.

1. That Obama is going to "take my guns". Obviously untrue, and the person who warned this above won't even back his statement now.
