Sponsor Logo Source
Sponsor Logo Source
There are many new shirts made of different fabrics on the market today including those now made of very thin breathable polyester. To have a sponsors logo or name added is not the work of the old typical embroidery.
Does anyone have a source for getting this accomplished.
Thanks
Keith

Re: Sponsor Logo Source
There are many companies making these.
Gemini, Animal Paintball, Hot shoppe designs, pro manufacturing, Vapor designs, Phoenix custom apperal....
I am sure there are more if you search Sublaminated jerseys, shirts, pit shirts. The best print and material quality that I have seen is Hot Shoppe Designs. They build all of the Nitro Pro staff shirts. Very impressed. I'm not sponsored by them, I just send alot of shirt designs their way and use them for my own shirts.

You can also do a Google or Yahoo search for "sublimated jersey" (proper terminology) - Google turns up about 410,000 hits. Sublaminated is a common misspelling, but only turns up 58 hits on Google.

Re: Sponsor Logo Source
Just received an e-mail from Gemini this mornig indicating the only way they can add a logo is with embrodiery. Apparently you must order shirts with what you want on them and there can be no add ons???
Somehow this just doesnt seem right, there has got to be another source to add to a exhisting shirt?
I will try the animalpaintball.com surce today.

With the sublimated shirts you have to get a new shirt when you want to add a sponsor.

Re: Sponsor Logo Source
We went with animal paintball for our shirts. We're happy with them and they were easy to work with to get the shirts done. Once printed I don't believe it's possible to print again on them so that's why I say you have to A) know what you want on them when you order and B) be ready to do it all over again if you have to add or delete a sponsor.
The cost was reasonable. I've had the same issues with embroidery which can get very expensive when you're putting on a lot of logos and when you have large embroidery files. None of it is what I refer to as cheap. I like the word affordable better, hahaha. Another plus about the sublimated shirts is that they are extremely comfortable, don't require drying, and breath well when you're wearing them.
Just my additional two cents worth.

Re: Sponsor Logo Source
There is no way to add to an existing shirt. The shirts are printed in sheets, and then cut out and stitched together.
It is just like if you want to add to a wrap. You have to reptint or add a sticker over the top. This would be why they do embrodery, but this does not look good, it wrinkles the material really bad.
I know that Animal paint ball will reprint a panel for your old shirt, and then unstitch the old shirt, adding in the new panel( front, back, sleeves)
Its a lot cheaper than having a new shirt built.
Something to think about
