I ordered some swimbaits in october, and got all of them but one two days later. I have now been waiting since october for my baby e dvl special. everytime I call I get the "your next on the list" speech.
My Question is:
Has This happened to anyone else?
Do you think its Tackle warehouse or Califonia swimbabes?
I have ordered alot of stuff now from TW and never had this problem, but its really bugging me the fact its been 7 months now and no swimbait. They have not called once or ever tryed to contact me to say hey we havent got the baits yet. Evertime I call its a hassle to get any info.

Re: Tackle warehouse?
Zach,
I've had my issues with tacklewarehouse as well. While they have gone out of their way a few times with hang ups on orders, there have been other times where it has been like talking to a wall. I recently called Last Chance tackle in Hemet. Had a great experience and will be doing more of my on-line ordering with them. Just call and ask and they will tell you if they have it. There web site is in work, so for now its telephone ordering, but worth it. Check them out if you can't resolve the Tacklewarehouse issue.

Re: Tackle warehouse?
Zach, I work next door to TW and shop there often. They are very professional and fill orders in the order that they were received. So to answer your question I believe the delay is from the manufacture not the retailer. Andy

Re: Tackle warehouse?
I've had delays from Tacklewarehouse when items aren't in stock, but they shipped them separately to me, with no extra shipping charge, when they got them from the manuf.
I doubt the problem is on their end.
They make a living on what they ship, and can charge for, so it's in their interest to ship stuff.
You can go on their website through the banner on the top of the forums page, so sTony gets credit, and email them with your question. They're good about answering emails.
