Texas Game Warden Case Pending

On October 26th, Texas Game Wardens assigned to the Galveston and Harris County area found three individuals to be in possession of headed and tailed fish before making landfall. The three individuals were inspected as they were coming in from offshore and were found to be in possession of twenty four (24) gallon freezer bags of Red Snapper and Cobia fillets. The fillets were donated to a local women’s shelter. All cases are pending.
