The main spillway at Lake Oroville will likely be used beginning Friday

DWR continues to closely monitor Lake Oroville levels, weather forecasts and mountain snow levels. In anticipation of increased runoff inflows into the reservoir, the Hyatt Powerplant will increase outflows to the Feather River to 7,000 cfs by noon today. The main spillway at Lake Oroville will likely be used beginning Friday for additional water releases.
