I have 13 Dobyns rods now and love them all. Never had a more balanced rod. I haven't had any issues.

Also, outside of the rod topic...I don't buy the "I only like USA products" agreement. Do you own a cell phone, TV, computer??? Come on, more than 1/2 of what we use at home and work is from overseas...

Does'nt Shimano now own Loomis? Are you sure they're made in the USA at all?

loomis has been owned by shimano for a while now.
