Re: Turkey Shoot Format
We do a couple a year with 10 to 15 boats 1 way in wining team takes all, big fish is seperate. But the catch is the winning team buys dinner for everyone at a decent place. Everyone comes we sit around share what happened over the day and just enjoy hanging out. We have always had enough money to pay for dinner and whats left over the team keeps. Never had any complaints and everyone is asking when the next one is .ON THE THING!!!!!!!!!!!!

The only problem I can see here when you call it a TEAM you need 2 guys/person's in the Boat
For people that fish alone alot you have takin them out of this, if you have it more as a per person then anyone can get in. If you fish by youself or you P cann't make it your still good to go, and if you fish as a team you can still do that.
You pay by the head and if you and your partner wants to spilt the winnings then you have that option
Now if you just say Boat and a price pre boat then it dosn't matter anyways
The only reason I'm posting this is alot of People I know have to work, there in the construction and will have to be at work the day after x-mass they don't get days off but that 1 day. ( if there lucky the days they get off are sunday and Thanksgiving and x-mass thats it unless they had worked for me
)
I would think about fishing this but I'll be solo so a team deal will not work for me, thats just my 2 cents

Re: Turkey Shoot Format
I've only fished Ron's turkey shoots, and the way he does it is fun, so that's the way I would vote.
Of course, when he hangs a 7/11 on a drop shot to win his own event.......
