Utility trailer recommendations

I have been thinking about getting a small utility trailer recently that would be used for my kick boat, a 10â€™ johnboat, and on trips taking the family camping not all at the same time of course. I was just looking for some feed back on what I should look for in a good trailer. Do I need 12â€

Harbor freight has a 4X8 utility trailer with 12" wheels for $440+tax. Seems kinda pricey. Seemed like they used to go on sale for $299.

I would just buy a good used trailer off Craigslist. I would go with the 12" wheels since they last alot longer and you will have more options if you need to find a replacement tire in a pinch.
