Lake Amador is fishing only, so is Pardee. Jenkension Lake (up hwy 50) is a no jet ski lake but does allow ski boats.

Del Valle has a 15 mph limit, so maybe it's safe to say there are no water skiers there? Haven't seen any.

It was great, small lake with a speed limit, 2 strokes ok, nice largemouth and smallmouth population.
First time I have ever been there. got on the water just after 6am. (Lake opens at 6am ) Got off the water around 12:30. Caught around a dozen largemouth and a couple of smallies. Nice 2 Lb fish were the average. Did see a double digit fish swimming by!
Water not crowded. go there to fish not picnic and you'll be ok!

Two lakes come to mind. Collins doesn't allow PWC's, but allows skiing. And after Sept 15 I believe, it becomes strictly fishing. Wiskeytown ( my paradise) allows skiers, but no PWC. It also has so much 5 mph areas that you can fish till your arms fall off.
