I have the same problem – real bad water spots on my front graph. One thing I know vinegar does not work, be there and done that. I have a friend that swears that the new Kevin VanDan’s Line and Lure Conditioner works cleaning the water spots – he says there is no oily residue. Let me state that I have not tried this. I’m thinking about it but that is as far as I have done. I know once I get the water spots off I will use Rain-X on it.

If you try it let me know and when I get some of the KVD Conditioner I will try it and let you know.

I cannot say for sure, as I have never tried it on water spots, but to clean my monitor I use Dorn Glass Cleaner, it is formulated for use in photographic situations..A whole lot of screen printers use it fpor cleaninig their glass surfaces..It leaves no residue..I did have a couple of cases, but I have used or given away most, it is great on camera lenses, developing screens, and most glass surfaces..I use for my monitor, TV and just about anything glass..No residue..No smears..

Ok – I when and did it – I bought a bottle of KVD Conditioner - small bottle, big price. It works, no more hard water spots . In fact it shined the glass up real nice. And all that time I thought those spots were fish.

Had a great day of pre fishing for next week Hook – will be out tomorrow also! Looking, feeling, and testing the waters.

I've used the regular NoSweat Mist Shine Enhancer on the windshield of my boat and wow did it clean it up nice!

Dont' use anything with ammonia (like Windex) to clean boat windshields and sonar screens--they'll eventually leave a haze or cloudiness. Maguire's Mirror Glaze Plastic Cleaner works well...
