water treatment plant

we got out today and found nothing but 3#ers.
but on the way in we stopped and talked to a welder working
on the project in Victoria.
he told me they are building a water treatment plant.
i can only assume this is to treat water before it heads south.
sure would like to see the master plan.

Yeah, there was an article in the paper today that a huge tunnel was completed under the mountain range to carry water to Diamond Valley.
