Cliff bars (mainly the peanut butter or choc chip variety), water and Propel or packets of propel. Usually I'll bring a Nalgene bottle so that I can pour in 16-17oz of water per packet (same with crystal light, etc). I used to drink Gatorade but had sugar crashes during the day from it, then switched over to Propel as it's less sugar.

I don't know about you all drinking that rot gut. How do you all handle the sugar crash when your on the water.
