Under the false pretext of "environmentalism" they will continue to find ways to pump more water south until they've completely ruined the Delta. Then they will look around and try to blame the closest republican they can find....$0.02

How can changing Franks Tract help with increased salinity due to less snowmelt and water diversion? This seems like a class project that got taken seriously and just went crazy.

I was in the first 45 min of the seminar,, looks like they want to dredge areas 25' deep to create island's and beaches,
anchorages,
they proposed 4 different scenarios to divert boat traffic, create areas for kyaks, paddle boards.
Seemed like "ALLOT" of construction to accomplish, dont see how it would help salinity or anything else.
didnt see any environmental impact info but I couldnt watch the whole webinar.
