What's a good lipless rattle bait for rippin/jiggin
I'm a rat-l-trap guy myself.. I've got some Lucky Crafts but I'm cheap and there not.. I'm specifically asking for opinions on baits for rippin off the bottom and I know I'm gonna lose a few each outing this way. I saw Jimmy Reese at ISE with a bait that sat nose down when it settled,, I think it was a WaterStriker,, looked pretty cool... Anyone have opinions on the Spro baits...they look good, moderate price, and are advertised to sit nose down on bottom.. I think these might be what I need.. just looking for any input.

waterstriker makes a good bait, comes with decent hooks unlike many of the baits. they carry them at extreme angler, hook doesn't carry them, don't know why (hint
) anyhow that is my rattlebait of choice that isnt 15 bucks.

If you are jigging deep, color is not as important as fall, rattle, and hooks. The Rattle Trap with the spinner bait blace works great for scooling bass.
For shallow water, color can make or break you.
Team Diawa makes some nice ones.
Good luck

Don't be lame. It's just fishing; you are not the new mesiah you know! Check your attitude at the door Mr. Spinners on da boat trailer.
