What we need is a Bay-Delta Plan that truly safeguards the communities along our rivers and the Bay-Delta while ensuring sustainable drinking water supplies for Southern California. Without a doubt, addressing California's climate change challenges demands an equitable water management strategy. The current path of voluntary agreements and tunnel proposals simply won't cut it.
