Don't live in the hood but seen some tweakers smoking and lurking outside my house and neighbor's house across the street. Saw them smoking the tweak and then I saw them looking in my truck while I was on the phone with the sheriff's office. They also lifted up my boat cover in the side yard looked in my surrounding neighbor's cars and actually busted a window on my cross the street neighbor's truck and took something out of his truck. The alarm sounded and the crackheads were spooked and they bailed quickly. I really felt like confronting these scumbags, but I knew if I did someone would get hurt or shot. I swear 35 seconds after they left the cops arrived and they were gone. This was all at 1:45 am in a good neighborhood. I don't want to blast no one but when is it legal to do so and how many points do you get for a tweaker

Can't even do that here in AZ. I saw a light in my PU window at 2am and went out with my sawed off 12 gage and racked a shell. The guy was 2 feet away crouched in a bush and ran like a rabbit. Cops came and said they should be able to follow the brown trail and find him. Still can't shoot here unless they pull a weapon so my bet is you would be in deep caca over there for even brandishing one.
