where is hour meter on optimax

im lookin into a boat with an optimax any one know where i can find the hour meter or is there one

I believe, if you do not have a external meter, that it is in the computer box/system and can be read with the proper equipment. Like the tools they attach to your vehicle's system and read all the various funtions and thier output of information. Bill K

Ya my opti has no external meter wich makes it hard to know when you need your 100hr matainence ect,
I brought mine in to have the big one 100 hr and the guys at the shop said good job you had 97 hrs on it dont want to spend the money before you have to. Just a good guess!!!
With the warranty on your boat being mandatory that you have your boat matainence done at the right times. I think they should all come with the external meters.

Take it to your local dealer and they will be able to hook your engine up to their diagnostic systems. I reccomend installing a Smartcraft guage which tells you vital engine functions as well as having an hour meter.
