which mapping card ?
i have a 2009 navionics premier west mapping chip, but i see another l.e.i. chip, fishing hot spots west ? is one better than the other ? and can you use 1 mapping for 2 units if their networked with the nema system ? thanks guys

As far as which card may be better, you would have to look up the directory of what lakes are covered on each card and to what extent they are detailed.
When you insert a mapping card into a Lowrance head unit, it can only be read by that unit. This data cannot be shared with additional units or copied to other cards. This is the way the mapping companies make the card. It has nothing with any marine electronics inability to transfer or share this proprietary data.
