Watermelon Candy is definitely a fav color for the soft plastics. I have created some like-colored jigs, (basically emulating "Sprayed Grass, from Reaction Innovations)
I also have tied up some finesse jigs with some nice color combos, a new favorite is my Olive Green fine rubber, fishscale type silicone in green/black/green and a couple jets of "tarantula" rubber in chartreuse/black, nice color for off-color water, that chart jet really sets that jig off!
All the best,

Mark, Try a Paca Chunk in watermellon candy or in green pumpkin candy, with that jig. Standard or the senor size if you want a slower fall. worked very well for me at Clear lake last weekend used your brown, and black puffball with the paca chunk and toad thumper red hook jig with the paca craw had lots of fun.
also got the netbait stuff and toad thumper stuff at Baitbarn in waterford.
