Who was the fisherman who died last week on the Delta?

I heard a man who launched out of Tracy Oasis last week and was fishing had a massive heart attack, fell over board and his friend dove in the water to get him back on the boat. He tried to revive him at Rivers end marina but didn't make it.
I can't find any info about who this person was or the incident. Does anyone know anything about this?
Prayers for his family and friend who tried to help him. So sad.

According to the lady that works in Rivers End, where he was taken to be transported, the gentlemen's name was Sam DeMent. She told me they were facebook pals and he used to come in there on occasion to say Hi. His last post was a photo of him with a nice keeper Striper.
