Bass Pro sued by woman who claims she was launched from boat during 'sea-trial'
A woman and her husband were looking to buy a boat last summer.
They say the water was choppy when they went on a test drive in South Carolina.
The driver, a Bass Pro Shops employee, allegedly took the 23-foot center console boat into an inlet, where the waves grew taller.
Instead of slowing down, the couple claims he sped up.
The couple had been advised they could sit anywhere on the boat, court documents say, and the woman was launched from a seat at the bow of the boat up into the air.

Re: Woman sues Bass Pro Shops on claims she was launched from boat during test drive
Why would the employee even go out on the water if it was choppy much less turn into an inlet that was even worse ?? Maybe the qualifications for an employee to do "Test Rides" needs to be addressed !!!
