Bob-we are always trying to make the partner pairings smoother. In the past, we gave out 2nd day partners at the pairings and it creates backlogs and confusion. We tried just giving out first day partners and providing 2nd day partners and phone lists at the end of the 1 st day. I think it went pretty well, but we will continue to try to tweak it to make it better. i get most of the phone calls fron missing partners and the number of calls was down some. There is always room for improvement and we will continue to try to mke things smoother and better.

Bob,

I also have replied via e-mail to your concerns and as Bill Cook mentioned there is always room for improvement. I am working with the software company to improve our already successful tournament software to provide the AAA with a separate pairing card. Some of our pro's are correctional officers and police or fire officials, and they do not always want to have their information shared with the masses. We understand your concerns and will continue to make efforts to make the necessary changes to better our circuit!
