the last portion of the out-go to low tide. There's a reason why ya see all those rats in there on the low tide! Now since I do not fish in there, out of respect to all those guys who own the water in there, and to avoid the onslaught of being accused of blabbing to all my internet friends about the last known secrete fishing hole on the river, I'll take the 5th and bow out now, refraining from further detailed comments! HAR! HAR! HAR!

Man Cooch, That place aint no secrete! I dont fish there anymore either. That place is a Zoo thanks to Dee sending everyone there after he decided not to fish there anymore, and Bill S weighing big sacks from there! People think they can go over there and catch his fish, but that guy is "the master" of Sherman. I learned if you cant beat them at their game......go somewhere else!

I have been fishing sherman for about 6 years all the time my first boat was so slow I would put my boat in at the antioch free ramp and go straight across the river to sherman.I have a bass tracker now and from pittsburg I am there in 5 minutes I did not no about the guys that have done well here in tournments I fish for the pull I really do not see that many boats and have never hit anything under the water .It s fishing can be hit and miss I mostly fish stripers really shallow butt I will flip a little too I have told my family when I die thats where my ashes are going too I have had days on that island that when you talk about it people think it s a fishing story.I will only stay in sherman and I will die in sherman Theres no place like home live in pittsburg marina and fishing in 5 minutes long live my sherman oh sherman sherman sherman

instant, that Pops don't go down there anymore! I can tell ya fer a fact, the last two times I have gone in there, on special requests by my clients for me to show em the ropes in there, I've seen Pops in there BOTH times! And both times he harrassed me about given up his "secrete water" to my internet friends! And I got a witness, cause one of my "internet friends" was sitting with Dee in the back of his boat! I was kind and had to refrain from rubbing that point in that day! You know who ya are, I won't tell! HAR! HAR! HAR!

Yeah, Billy S has got em wired in there, to bad that place don't hold the kinda fish the Sapper catches in his sweet spots to the south. Billy woulda given him a run fer his money and we might have a nickname by now fer Swearengin! LOL

Yeah, with all of the tournaments going out of Bethel Island now, the West Delta sure dont fish like it used too. I find myself working more and more south to catch them big un's. We are going to have to re label some of the "meat walls"!

Ill tell you what x-man i might just die in sherman.
To learn that whole area i might just die of old age.
I see alot of guys sitting in the middle of that huge lake because they know the spot and probaly took awhile to find it.

On a high tide to the south in the tullies if you dont know the area you could lose an arm trying to fish it all,so low tide would bunch the fish up on key spots that should reveal itself when the tide is low.

But still that only eliminates only less than half the spots.
If it is a secret spot it would still take alot of time on the water to key in on just the big fish.
I guess you would just have to sit and wait for one of the big guys to come motoring in and spy on them.

But thats no fun and it would be thier fish.

So little time and little patience.

Gonna try though.Still timid about running that shallow water which i dont have time to make mistakes and repairing lower units.
Not asking for secrets but any help reguarding navigation would be appreciated.

And yeah those ships.
