Hite And VanDam Face Off In Championship Round On Niagara River
During the semifinal round of the Bassmaster Classic Bracket held on the Niagara River out of Buffalo, N.Y., Kevin VanDam defeated Koby Kreiger and Brett Hite defeated Dean Rojas to advance to the championship match on Friday. The weights will go back to zero and both anglers will fish six hours, from 8:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. ET.

Bass Brackets - The Winners are...
In round one Rojas was faced with a tough challenge. He was matched up with Chris Lane on his home water of Lake Guntersville. Rojas averaged almost 19-poinds of fish a day routing Chris Lane who struggled with the home water jinx.

Aaron Martens breaks down Havasu win
Aaron Martens won the Bassmaster Elite series event on Lake Havasu with a total weight of 68lbs 9oz over four days of competition. While many anglers figured the largemouth bite would fade from angler pressure, Martens actually weighed in better limits of the green fish as the event wore on finishing the tournament on a high note with his best bag of the derby: 19lbs 5oz.
